This trip covers a little over 170km on well surfaceed roards.The daily distance are not too long and the terrain is gentle and 'flat' so this trip suitable for most people,but it's advisable to have a modicum of fitness to enjoy the riding!Fast cyclist can ride at their own pace,as detailed directions are available from the tour leader.Our route is designed to take us off the main roads as much as possiple and there is even the option to try some off road tracks.We explore scienic back roads on the way to all our destinations.

Meet up at your hotel in Saigon. Transfer with bikes to Cai Lay. crossing a local ferry, ride to Cai Be on back roads approx 1.5 hours, finish the morning ride at another ferry, take a boat to a local industry, where you can learn how to make pop-rice, coconut candies, rice-papers. Have lunch on an island before continuing onto our local home stay, a typical Mekong Delta Vietnam house, with airy rooms and outdoor kitchen. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore the peaceful village surrounding the home- stay. Dinner will be prepared by the homestay hosts, also you will be join this memorable cooking class.
