This guided 3-day tour of the Western Balkans offers the perfect introduction to the diverse cultures and landscapes of Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Albania. The journey kicks off in Kosovo, where you’ll visit the charming city of Prizren, known for its Ottoman architecture and vibrant street life, followed by Pristina, the youthful and energetic capital of the world’s youngest republic.
On the second day, we cross into North Macedonia, starting with a visit to Skopje, the country’s capital, famous for its striking statues, monumental bridges, and rich history. Afterward, we head to Ohrid, a UNESCO World Heritage city set on the shores of the serene Lake Ohrid, often called the “Jerusalem of the Balkans” for its ancient churches and religious significance. Our overnight stop will be in the peaceful town of Pogradec, located on the Albanian side of the lake.
The final day brings you to Albania, starting with a visit to the UNESCO-listed town of Berat, known for its stunning Ottoman architecture and beautiful hilltop castle.
