If you book the transfer service (available for an additional fee), a limousine bus will pick you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter from 8:00 – 8:30. You’ll arrive at Level 2 of Ha Long International Cruise Port and complete check-in around 11:30 – 12:00.
