Our drive guide wil come to pick you from your Nairobi Hotel or Airport at 7AM and depart to Masai Mara National Reserves. Drive through the scenic lush farmlands before arriving at the rift valley escarpment for a brief photography stopover. The Great Rift Valley stretches from Syria through East Africa and as far as Mozambique. The view as you approach from Nairobi is breathtaking-with the ground suddenly disappearing from under you to expose the huge expanse of the great rift, stretching into the horizon in either direction.
The magnificent descent into the Lake-area of the Great Rift is a “not to be missed” opportunity. Proceed West arriving at the Camp in time for hot lunch at 1300 hrs. Early afternoon is at leisure to refresh and get ready for your Photo Safari adventure. Venture out for the early evening game drive at 1600 hrs in search of the big cats and other game species. Return to the Mara Base Camp in time for dinner and your overnight stay. The Maasai Mara is the most visited reserve in Kenya with its black mane lions and the annual wildebeest migration adding to the thrill of it. Its ecosystem supports an extraordinary density of animals such as the Big five and a variety of plains game.
