- (Tuesday) Early morning pick-up from your separately booked hotel in Manila. Drive to Banaue through the Central Plains, the largest rice-growing region in the Philippines. The drive takes you through small villages and over the Dalton Pass, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view. In the afternoon arrival in Banaue, home of the Ifugao ethnic group and known for its magnificent rice terraces. Check-in at the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. 2 nights at Tam-an Village or Banaue Grandview Hotel (both middle class, national category: 3 stars). Approx. 375 km (dinner).
